THE PEARL OF HIMALAYAS
LAKE MONTALAY

Trekking in the Himalayas to the source of the Parvati River (4,500 meters above sea level). Breathe in Himalaya and open the door to Eternity.

July 2018

Dear Friends! I invite you to make a trek in the Himalayas, Yoga and pranayama, meditations, mantras and immersing in yourself will be an integral part of our journey. The purpose of our trek will be a pilgrimage to the sacred lake of Montalay to receive the blessing, wisdom and mercy of the goddess Parvati - the Mother of Universe. Among the locals, Lake Montalay is known as a place of exceptional strength, giving life energy and removing obstacles from the spiritual path. Many local residents try to visit the lake at least once a year and perform ritual ablution - snanam. Here, from time to time, they find the only black diamonds of the Goddess Parvaty. The total absence of settlements and people within a radius of 60 km preserves the purity of the pristine place - the womb of Mother Parvaty, the womb of the Universe. Our path will take place in two dimensions - along the mountain trails of the Himalayas and along the back streets of our own subconscious. We will have a unique opportunity to visit the shrines of the Himalayas, charge the health and vitality of the mountain air, learn the techniques of Himalayan Yoga and find out about yourself what the city lacks neither the time nor the energy. The path of the spirit will take us into the depths of the subconscious, from where it all began - to the point of beginning. The basis of the seminar will be the practice of deep immersion of Raja Yoga. The sequence of Prithvi namaskar, pranayama and mantra yoga, 40-50 minute practices of Yoga nidra will help us in this. Introspection and awakening, harmony of the universe and personality, mother nature is our very first Guru, and mother Earth is the foundation of our life and health, this is the preamble of our seminar.

VIDEO FROM PAST TOURS:

The Himalayas are special mountains, there are many beautiful places on our planet, but none can compare with the Himalayas by the power of awakening the spirit. Many feel a sense of "deja vu", personally I feel myself on the threshold of eternity. All the bustle of the lowlands and cities here seems empty and in vain, looking at the greatness of these mountains, problems and troubles look small and far-fetched. The right word, who in the Himalayas was not - life wasted.
Now it is difficult to find places even in the Himalayas where there is no human activity, and going to Lake Montalay is one of the few exceptions. Glory to Shiva the entire area is in the reserve and is still little known to a wide range of tourists. Here there are European and Indian nature together join, palms grow in the lowlands and parrots fly, and at the height cedars and birches and strawberries. As we rise, the landscape changes from forest to marshmallow, blossoms and a scrounger and on the very lake of Montalay only rocks and ice on the tops of the mountains. At night sitting by the fire under the stars of the Himalayas, one can involuntarily feel part of this eternal world, part of our Mother - planet Earth . There are places where you can simultaneously see seven waterfalls, often with a rainbow, the water flowing from the mountains is unique in its healing properties - living water. Visiting these places can radically change life - to remove karmic blocks and to uncover what slumbers deep in the subconscious, to show the beauty and grandeur of the universe, so difficult to discern behind the smog of techno cities. Therefore, for thousands of years, sages and yogis make a pilgrimage to the Montalay Lake.
